This was my first visit to Rue's Place
The onion rings were cooked to perfection and were perfectly made and flavorful. I would have liked to have a few more as far as portion sizes.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere at the time of our visit was quiet and comfortable and cool ? inside .
Restroom ? The restrooms were clean, neat and orderly.
For a small town restaurant, the overall prices here seem to be a little much. I think it would be a far better deal if the sides were to come with the entrees instead of being separate.
Lots of parking available outside.

I would give a 5 based on the food it was really good the burgers are big the food is fresh the only reason I didn't give a 5 is the young lady taken our order is a little on the rude side the older lady is very sweet and nice but the younger lady acts as tho she doesn't want to be there and talks with a rude tone if your going for the food for sure go it's great maybe just the younger lady needs to change the way she greets and talks to people.. but again the food is wonderful

I guess the desserts looked really good but sadly that was it. I got a $12 taco salad with cheese dip ground beef and Doritos sprinkled on top. I think that turned me off to it immediately- not good at all. Here’s burger was pretty good but I was just shocked to see the salad I got for 12.99. Didn’t make sense to me. Get rid of the Doritos and lower the price and it will be a better salad.

Staff is rude and not acknowledging. They acted as if we were a bother coming in to eat. Food is decent. Though when we ordered our waitress asked “what side do you want” making us think our entree came with a side but that is not the case it’s all separate charges. Supposedly they have a co2 problem with their soda machine and instead of telling us that to begin with the waitress just brought our soda and waited until we sent it back to say something laughingly. Overall not a good experience and probably won’t go back.

We got a welcome in but then service was very short. The food can only make up for so much. We got our drinks with no straws and after asking for some the server just went to the back to talk. So after getting our own straws we found out the drink machine was broken so we got sweet tea which wasn’t much better than the dirty Dr Pepper. Over all not good. Not to mention the additional charges for our sides that the menu stated came with our lunch. Probably won’t go back.

This place is TINY! Which was not a big deal while we were there, as there was only 1 other seated customer. We ordered Chicken fried steak. It came with mashed potatoes and gravy....... ON THE STEAK! Never heard of that before but.....ok. it would have been better if it was not a NOTICEABLE reminder of what we were served on CFS DAY IN HIGH SCHOOL!! It was the same frozen patty!! I didn't care for it then, and found out...I still don't!
