Trash service and trash food. STAY AWAY, KEEP DRIVING! Sent my cheeseburger back since it was wrong, waited 20 mins and nothing came back. When I buzzed them, they acted like they didn't know anything about remaking a cheeseburger. When I asked for a refund, they hung up on our stall. When I buzzed back in 5 mins later to request a refund again, they told me it would be 4-5 days. They wouldn't refund cash. I'm still waiting on the refund.

We ordered food at the Sonic in Lonoke today and we waited for about 20 minutes, there were barely any customers there and we had pushed the red button 10 minutes in and they never replied, so we called and they had forgotten our order. We get the order and I’m missing my chili cheese tots and our utensils.

This location is always fast, friendly, and has excellent service. Sierra, Lily, and Madison always go above and beyond. My order is always correct, and the wait is never long when they are working. This place is a joke as like all the other sonics in the area
We are traveling with a dog so we thought it would be perfect for since they had a patio. We tried to order but the young lady rudely told us the patio was closed, which no hours were posted anywhere but stay away at night. The mosquitoes were horrible out there which might be why they close the patio but I believe she could have said it nicer as well as post hours for people to know.
