Went through there this morning to get 2 large cherry limeades and was charged $6.76 and the girl said I was charged that much because they didn't have a button on their registers I went through there yesterday morning and ordered the same thing and was charged $4.50 what are they doing just charging whatever they feel like and put the rest of the money in their pockets and it's even on the sliding glass door how much the drinks are that's false advertising I tried to call to talk to a manager but no one answered ???

90% of the time, this Sonic is perfect in every respect.Every now and then, my fries are old or have been re-dropped(meaning taken from fry holding station and placed back in fryer basket, then lowered back into grease to re-heat and re-crisp the fries. At the expense of flavor.).Every now and then, the employee taking my order is unfamiliar with some menu items or will say they are ready for my order, I will give it in a concise manner, and then they ask me to repeat each item. I'm almost certain this is due to the employee answering the headset while being away from an order taking terminal and attempting to remember my order until they get there.This exterior of this store is always relatively clean and almost 100% free of trash.The ice cream always tastes fresh at the Lonoke store. The Carlisle store consistently has sour ice cream indicating their machine needs to be cleaned.I always enjoy my experience at this location.Vegetarian options: You can request any menu item to be made without meat. BE SURE TO SPECIFY IT IS FOR VEGETARIAN PURPOSES. That way, the manager can ensure your meal is made from ingredients that have not been exposed to meat or other animal products.Dietary restrictions: Inform the manager of any allergies or restrictions, and they will happily and competently comply.Parking: Approximately 20-30 parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Playground. Fenced in with gates. Volleyball areaWheelchair accessibility: Patio, bathrooms and store front entrance are wheelchair accessible.

Kudos to my server. I knocked a drink over being clumsy and they had lid on so good it didn't spill. Half price drinks through app is awesome and a 44oz ice water was super too!

THE WORST SONIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! My husband and a breakfast burrito combo and a supersonic combo, spent almost $22 for TRASH!! You would think ordering breakfast food at 2pm would be fresh but it was not! Our eggs were hard as if they had been sitting since this morning or scraped from the bottom of the pan! My husband was supposed to have extra bacon and sausage but ended up with 3 strips, hard/burnt eggs, no sausage and no cheese! I ordered the super Sonic with no tomatoes, no onions, extra cheese.. well they gave me hard/burnt eggs, tomatoes, onions, peppers , no meat and no cheese! Lol! Called to speak with the manager and she had no care in the world!! I was explaining the situation and she completely ignored me by talking to other people while I was talking, did even try to fix the issue!! So unprofessional!! The only reason we didn’t take it back is because we’re headed out of town and had made it to far to turn around!! I will be calling corporate and I have pictures as well! I usually don’t even write reviews but this was my worst experience!! We usually check our food before pulling off but it was raining and we were in a hurry.. Lesson learned!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Definitely need a mystery shopper pop up!?

The CARHOP service was great & perfect but the chicken sandwich Tots was not very good at all, within in 2 minutes the sandwich was cold and about 3 minutes the Tots were cold too. I seriously doubt I'll ever go back to this place, they were worse than the Sonic located in England Arkansas 72046
