“Kinda sappy post about what makes America 🦅🇺🇸 great to me: hadn’t been to the new French bakery, Maison Mouret in Lowell yet, and finally stopped in yesterday at 9:30. They open at 7:30, and I had to wait outside the door because the tiny bakery was full of folks. I could see there wasn’t much left (they’d only been open 2 hours ❤️), but I was hopeful they wouldn’t completely sell out before I could get what I wanted—a plain croissant and an almond croissant. I waited outside with an Asian man and his toddler daughter, and a young Latina with her baby and little boy—he was so cute—absolutely giddy chattering on about wanting to be a baker when he grows up because he LOVES bakeries. Once I was able to step inside, I saw whom I believe to be a young Marshallese man checking out, followed by a Caucasian couple, and then three young Latino guys directly in front of me. It just really hit me how special America can be. All of these folks supporting an independent, family-owned business in small-town America. I swear I could’ve burst into tears right then and there. And yes, I finally got my croissants. And they were delicious! Please check out Maison Mouret if you haven’t already…but I’d get there early!“

“I happened across this page and decided to stop at this bakery. Big mistake! One bite of the lemon blueberry scone and I knew I was going to have to come back!! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming as well and I loved looking at all the antiques! You definitely gained a regular!! We have other bakeries in the area but honestly best scone I have ever had (and I have had lots!)“

The associates are very friendly. And honest when it comes to choosing the product, I asked him a question. What is the best donut for the price and they tell me which donut is best for the price I’ll always go for the new stuff holiday stuff I always go for a iced coffee with a ton of cream and a shot of chocolates . Highly recommend this place. It’s located in Walmart Supercenter store one once again I highly recommend recommended.“
