Finally, Einstein Bros Bagels got my order exactly right! It took three tries, but they earned my top 5/5 rating this time. I appreciate that the owner took the time to train the staff properly and address the issues, making sure everything was correct before handing orders to customers. I’m glad they made things right and accommodated me for the trouble!

Speedy service and delicious also customer service is top tier I had accidentally dropped my drink while waiting for the bagels and the staff was so generous in making me another one with no expectations to do so. 10/10 highly recommend!

This is a small place for an Einstein Bros. Bagels but, like most, it lives up to the exceptional standards most of their restaurants have. Their bagels are always soft and properly plump, whether you are having a breakfast bagel, like I usually do, or a shmear, like I occasionally do. Also, their shmears are properly sweet and tasty; I don't even like cream cheese unless it's flavored by Einstein Bros. I have a heartwarming story about Einstein Bros. in Memphis from...
