Their Kolaches are great. The usual sausages inside, but their bread has great flavor. Their blueberry cake donut was quite tasty (very sugary). Other than the kolaches and cake donut everything else was sup par, which I hope was a fluke. I definitely need a second visit to try additional items just in case it was an off day. It takes a lot to motivate me to write a review on a restaurant, and after going several times I would say Loves’ has finally earned one.
You know how so often a food place opens up and they’re really good at first, but then the quality gradually starts to fall off? Loves’ quality started off good, AND HAS BEEN GETTING BETTER??? All I can say is, if you’re getting donuts in Lowell, get them at Loves’.

I love this donut shop more than life itself. The family is always so friendly and the donuts are always so tasty!!! My dad likes the hotdog wrapped in the bread thing and my mom loves the bacon egg sandwich thing. Can’t speak for those personally cause I only ever have the donuts or donut holes. Love this place!!!
