This location is very new. It's nice. Drive-thru/walk-up only.They are quick.My only complaint was they need to read the whole order tickets BEFORE they make the drink.Last time I was here. I ordered a toasted vanilla Shaken espresso with WHOLE MILK NOT OAT MILK. I said it just like that, the ticket read that, as did the screen. Great right? Nah, they put Oat milk anyways. Man, kick to the gut when you bought $28 in drinks.Otherwise this place is fine.
Besides the fact that the sausage and cheddar sandwich is always frozen and I have to pick something else from the menu, this is a great location. The coffee is great and the employees are very friendly. It's nice that they chat with you while you wait. Good customer service.

Every time I’ve been to this location my order has been correct, the baristas are always so friendly and helpful, and I leave with a smile. Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about because this is one of my fav locations! Do yourself a favor and stop by the Lowell Starbucks!
