I went to the Lowell location and I had a great experience. I believe the one who helped me was Chaz but I could be wrong. I actually saw two people making sandwiches which around supper time I rarely see and I feel SO bad when they have a line of people and online orders. Staffing could be fixed. Or maybe have management also help out with stuff in the back. I usually never see a manager there. What really bothered a few of us is the weird siren online order. It seemed to never...
