Fabulous service...period. nice selection of craft beers only lacking a hig abv option. Food choices...totally out of the ordinary and in. Try a Oopsey daisey burger. Very nice!
This is an awesome little Brewery/Restaurant. The beer is exceptional and the food is great. I highly recommend the Salmon dip and the House Hen sandwich. My new favorite beer is the Red Amber. It sits in a small warehouse district. So, don't drive by too fast or you will miss the entrance.
The Firmentary has some great craft beer. I have been stopping by for lunch the past few months while they were getting things started up an the burgers are awesome.

The Fermentary Public House is an awesome little brewery/restaurant with great craft beer, exceptional beer, and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is great and totally out of the ordinary, with awesome smash burgers and great smash burgers. Try a Oopsey daisey burger, the Salmon dip, the House Hen sandwich, or the ploughman’s board and smoked chicken-salad sandwich, which were absolutely delicious. The blueberry cucumber mule was top notch. The service is fabulous, and staff are great. It gives whiskey-bar speakeasy vibes in a small warehouse district, so don't drive by too fast.
