I hate to leave a negative review, especially with restaurants having hard times, but this is the second bad experience. Food cold, and tough, building was hot. There is no waitstaff to make aware of issues. I used to enjoy chen chen on occasion and don't want to hurt a local business but food was inedible tonight.
Food was fresh and very good
Great experience highly recommended. Friendly staffs.
