If you ever want to go somewhere for great tasting food, I'd recommend Chick-A-Dilly. I love the chicken, the chicken livers, the fried okra, the fish, and the sweet tea. When I go out to eat, this is my most favorite spot. I don't know if this is every Chick-A-Dilly, but the one in Magnolia only takes cash or local checks. I don't think you can dine-in at the Magnolia location right now either, but you can still go to the drive- through or go inside, and get food to go.

First time trying chick-a-dilly - I can say this changed the way i look at mom and pop shops. Heads up, in 2026 they still only accept cash and local checks- but its worth it! the food is delicious and has that charm that you can only find in the south. The cashier is nice and pateint and was very informative. The food was fresher then fresh- out the fryer and steaming hot. The food was already gone before i got home!!! 10/10 would recommend

Went earlier today with my man. He is black and i’m white so obviously some people won’t agree with that but to be looking at me crazy and acting weird was wild definitely in 2025, PLUS none of the food had any seasoning and i don’t know if they did that to be funny because “white people don’t season their food” but my man said they definitely did and i wouldn’t be surprised. The food was terrible and a total waste of $40.

Been here different times when they fully cook the chicken it's great but when you let them know it's under cook staff gets disrespectful. There's been time chicken still had blood on it eat at your own risk. It's not like it used to be.

I want to start off by saying never waste your hard earned money in this rude, unprofessional place ever. As I came to this place to give it a try as I work out of state and etc and me and my coworkers came to grab a quick bite. And the lady that took our order was very rude were she didn’t even give us time to look over the menu to see what we wanted as this was our first time going here, and she also was rushing us to order our food and we got chicken strips that were the size of a golfball and they had the nerve to charge $11 for that with tax and it took them over 30 minutes to cook the chicken strips not to mention when we finally got our food one of the workers through food at my coworker and it made her very upset. Will never recommend a dog to eat at this unprofessional run down fast food place.
