Seriously good food. Great service. Cafeteria style. I had meatloaf, country fried steak with gravy, greens, and hot water cornbread. I’d order it all over again. Can’t wait to come back.
Homecooked food was served cafeteria style in a casual diner style restaurant. It was fresh, tasty, filling and affordable. The ladies working there were friendly. Southern hot water cornbread was a surprising treat to go with the pinto beans. There was a chicken casserole they call Ritz cracker casserole, mashed potatoes, fried steak, beef tips, rice, yellow squash, and several salads and desserts to choose from. Deborah and I hadn't eaten here for four years. They are only open for lunch. Debbie's chicken fried steak was tender enough to cut with her fork. I had baked chicken and excellent green beans.
