Sweet staff with wonderful food and coffee❤️
Customer service was subpar! Our party was celebrating our friends 50th birthday, we did not feel welcomed or appreciated! Everything was answered in monotone by the waitress/cashier! The menu items were higher we didn’t see any notation that menu prices had changed! We all got our food at different times, we asked about the appetizer, she stated it comes out with the meal! Then ends up bringing the appetizer out once questioned! This was my first visit here and I can say will...read full review

JavaPrimo Coffee House, Café & More offers a range of food and drinks, but experiences with consistency are noted. Some meals and drinks are prepared well and taste good, while others are not, with missing ingredients or unusual flavors. Specific issues mentioned include hair in food, a burger with blood, tough and dry chicken on a chicken sandwich, quesadillas with too much or too little cheese, and a salmon salad with an off-putting taste. The country gravy has been described as watery, and taters and bacon could be more crisp. However, some items like the waffle, biscuit, and breakfast tacos with a corn medley have been praised.
The coffee shop also features a warm, hometown environment and great coffee, with a variety of hot and frozen coffee drinks available. Customers have enjoyed the hot chocolate, though some prefer it milkier. In addition to food and drinks, JavaPrimo Coffee House displays soaps, lotions, perfumes, and "Cool Socks" for purchase. While some find the prices high, the service is generally described as nice, and the establishment is seen as an important small-town business. However, concerns about consistency and management interactions have been raised, with some customers feeling their reported issues were not adequately addressed.
