“We swung by here on a Sunday evening after a day of no food and cold, wet weather. Immediately, I knew I'd like the place. It's modern, fun, and clean. They have a bookshelf full of board games, and we played cards while we waited. We had a new waitress for a group of ten. She was sweet, and did her best, but our group had special needs and were overwhelming her. Other staff stepped in to help her out, and it was an entirely wonderful experience to see the teamwork. I did only give the food 4 stars because it was a bit bland. My husband and I shared their margherita pizza. There wasn't much basil and what felt like no salt. We're not the kind of folks to add things to our pizza, and we needed some salt. All in all, if I'm ever in Magnolia again, I'll be back to this place! I highly recommend it!!!“

“My delivery driver tonight was absolutely amazing!
She was very friendly and punctual and a delight to talk to! Her customer service skills were absolutely 10 out of 10! I Think her name was Essence, they are truly lucky to have her delivering for them!“

“They gave me someone else's order. When I spend $40 on fish plates it would be nice to see more fries and another side. Chicken is always good. Friendly service usually a long wait in the drive thru. I rate them 4 stars for being fast and 3 stars for accuracy“

“Well, the pizza buffet doesn't exist anymore, but the salad bar still does. Maybe this sucked because I didn't really want to eat here or maybe it sucked because it was Pizza Hut in BFE. Either way, why would anyone sit down in a Pizza Hut unless it was a hostage situation or you had a free pizza buffet gift card, no one would. There seemed to be a lot better places to eat. If I had to eat at a different place everyday this wouldn't make it until the 300's or more. I'd eat at the elementary school, the jail, the hospital, that kid with the lemonade stand, old man Smith (that old curmudgeon). It really wasn't that bad, but find some place better to eat unless you are behind held hostage at gun point.
Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar, your welcome.
Parking: Lots of room to park, sheriff was there to escort anyone that needed to be escorted.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you have a wheelchair, you can park and get in the door here.“

“The food was delicious. No complaints at all. However, we were there for over an hour and I had to ask for refills. Our table was dirty and needed to be wiped down. The first table we sat at was literally about to lose a leg. So we moved to another wobbly table. The napkin holder had some sauce on it. We swapped it out with one from another table. I asked for ketchup and was brought a bottle that was practically empty and had dried ketchup around the rim. My three year old’s kiddie cup didn’t have a lid nor did they have any. Service and cleanliness definitely needs improvement. This was our third time eating there and nothing has really changed. Sad because the food is good.“
