“We ordered thighs and livers. They were delivered hot and rolls fresh out of oven. Place was clean as were bathrooms. Here is my complaint: we were in line and a whole crew of screaming teenagers came in with a couple of chaperones. The main chaperone broke in line ahead of us to order. The kids were loud, jumping all over the place. U couldn't hear yourself think! I was getting my drink and she was behind me and told me they had a basketball game. I told her good for them but they are too pound and we couldn't hear! So she tells the other chaperones along with the finger pointing and laughing. Can u say rude?!? The manager came over and apologized for her behavior. Which I thank her for. Great place to eat -- WITHOUT the kids!“
“I just want to say that Mrs. Bobby in your Arkadelphia store is amazing!!!! You need more employees like her. She is bubbly and super friendly. She made sure our order was right and made sure I was happy with my purchase. She went above and beyond. I wish there were more workers all over in the fast food industry like her, because most of them are rude and don't like their jobs and takes it out on the customer.“
“This place is simply amazing!!!! I am a home chef and take pride in my food. I especially love my fried chicken and rarely eat fried chicken out. We were visiting family and went to Chicken Express to fellowship and eat. The chicken was hot, fresh and so delicious. The staff was amazing and the store was kept very clean and stocked. Whenever I decide that I don't fell like frying chicken I will definitely make the drive to Chicken Express on Pine Street in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.“
“This is an awesome place to go and hang out with friends or just sit at the bar and talk to Tracy and James cause they are a lot of fun. The atmosphere is wonderful and I love going there. Bloody Mary’s, cheese sticks and pizza are awesome!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“
