The Catfish was the undisputed star of the show: flaky and moist on the inside, encased in a light, perfectly crispy cornmeal crust. Following close behind, the Shrimp were plump, juicy, and fried to a golden brown—absolutely top-tier seafood.

For the poultry section, the kitchen showed their Southern mastery. The Chicken Wings were succulent and beautifully seasoned, and the Gizzards were exactly how they should be: tender inside with that classic, savory crunch. The sides rounded out the plate perfectly.
