Wood's Riverbend Restaurant

we came in for breakfast this morning and our waitress was working solo. I have Alpha Gal with an allergy to not only mammals and mammal products but also gluten, dairy and eggs. Therefore ordering breakfast was a challenge. She listened intently to my allergies asked questions and relayed all allergies to the cook. I was able to order the loaded baked potato with no cheese and she even made sure that my chicken was cooked in a separate pan. Even though she was busy she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and there was no cross contamination. It made my dining experience very very good. I will definitely be back and added your restaurant to the Alpha Gal safe restaurant in my local Alpha Gal support group.thank you so much for making this such a great extras eating out is always scary for someone with Alpha Gal

Sat outside overlooking the river with a nice breeze. Breakfast is served all day, had over easy eggs, crispy hash browns, sausage and hamburger steak. Highly recommend...we are every bite.

Id leave less than
one star, but the service was very refreshing mostly . Hamburger steak meal and a med rare ribeye meal. Steak 1 past well done, steak 2 made a blue steak look raw. Server 2 was nicest enough to charge me individual prices on the sides included with meal that was deleted by server 1 hamburger steak was also inedible.

The girl working ran like clockwork! Great team efforts on a Sunday after church. The location is top notch. The only thing is the cooking needs practice.

Great place to stop for a full meal or homemade pie. Don't come here if you don't like views over the river and smiles on everyone's face. Not a bad thing on the menu of this down home cooking eatery. The family now make it part of our stop every time we pass through the area.

Neat old place right on the river. Good breakfast , friendly staff, great view. Exactly what we need after driving all night.

Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't need my wheelchair today, but I took notice that this establishment has taken great care to make their building accessible and I appreciate that, even on the days I can walk.

I loved being able to see the river from the inside where we ate, the atmosphere was very inviting and cozy. The town itself is a little dated, but I think it adds charm. The waitress was amazing and the food was very comforting

Place was very good. Stopped for lunch on a Wednesday in July. Enjoyed a BLT and just watched the river roll by. If it had been a little cooler the covered patio would've been even better. The staff was friendly, especially our little waitress from Flippin, she was great. Will stop here everytime I want a nice meal in Mammoth Springs.
