My family was been coming here for years when we visit nearby Cherokee Village. Just a good small town restaurant with good fried fish, friendly service. You can't go wrong with a place that has hushpuppies and fried green beans.Parking: Parking can be a bit dicey since it's parallel parking on the street. There might be nearby lot parking but we've never used it.
The catfish came out perfectly crispy and piping hot! Great family friendly place with the best ice. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Mammoth Springs!Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was super friendly and patient with my almost 3year olds antics.

Huge portions! We loved Fred’s Fish House. Quirky atmosphere, very nice staff and great food! I had the large catfish dinner and oh my ? it was piled up on the plate. Hush puppies were great, catfish was great, French fries were ok and the Cole slaw was on point. My wife had the whole catfish and loved hers. We’d definitely come back if in the area and had a hankering for fish.
