we came in for breakfast this morning and our waitress was working solo. I have Alpha Gal with an allergy to not only mammals and mammal products but also gluten, dairy and eggs. Therefore ordering breakfast was a challenge. She listened intently to my allergies asked questions and relayed all allergies to the cook. I was able to order the loaded baked potato with no cheese and she even made sure that my chicken was cooked in a separate pan. Even though she was busy she went above...
Sat outside overlooking the river with a nice breeze. Breakfast is served all day, had over easy eggs, crispy hash browns, sausage and hamburger steak. Highly recommend...we are every bite.
Great place to stop for a full meal or homemade pie. Don't come here if you don't like views over the river and smiles on everyone's face. Not a bad thing on the menu of this down home cooking eatery. The family now make it part of our stop every time we pass through the area.
