Asked for no bell peppers and the man puts them in there anyways I go back to just get a refund he gets up set and says it was onlya small piece and refused to give me my full refund even tho the error was on him. Very nasty establishment and horrible service and not to mention he says they don’t serve chicken so what is this that you say is chicken in all the food that says chicken.Highly recommend not ever eating there the man is such a nasty person!!!!

I’ve lived here for a year and half and I am barely trying out this restaurant. The dining room has good lighting and is clean. It was empty when we ordered takeout. The food was prepared in adequate time like 30 minutes(ordered 3 lg containers). When we got home we were very pleased with the food quality and quantity. We will be going back. I will update on the next visit!

Best Chinese Food for Miles! We love Lucky Star, have had Chinese food at all the restaurants serving Chinese in surrounding counties and Lucky Star is the best food, great value and wonderful friendly service. Monday through Friday they have a small lunch buffet which is always good. Even if you order from the menu on your lunch break, the service is super fast, fresh and always delicious.6-20-2021 updateSince COVID-19 restrictions were put in place last year, they had to do a major remodel. It is takeout only now, but the food is still top notch!

I came to eat with my family on 3/13/2020. I dont eat much but still I bought three buffets. My place barely had anything on it, and it was the ONLY plate I fixed. The guy/cook/owner....they dont have any employees....came to get our plates off the table. He proceeds to tell me that the food is too expensive to be throwing away, because I still had food left on my plate to be thrown away. It was nasty so I didnt want to eat the rest. I told him i had already paid for our meals and that that was the ONLY plate of food I fixed for myself. He then tells me that i cant eat inside anymore that I wld have to order take out. My husband asked him what was the point in saying anything about the food I was done eating if I paid for an all you can eat buffet, but he upset because I didnt eat all the food on my plate!!!. He continues to speak with his barely speaking English behind. I waved him off and told him he wont get another dime of my money!!! He kept talking so I told him again that he could move around and throw that food away that was left in my plate. This isnt the first time they have had attitudes at Lucky Star. It is not our faults that Lucky Star isnt making enough money to pay their Bill's. The owners of Lucky Star...the guy and his wife have nasty attitudes and the food has since fell off and isn't as good as it once was. My advice to others in the area....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. LUCKY STAR IN MARIANNA, AR.....WORST CHINESE PLACE IN THE DELTA!!! (I LITERALLY HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW. I RATE THEM A NEGATIVE FIVE STARS (-5)). Costumer service is horrible and the restaurant isnt clean. I will also be contacting the BBC: Better Business Bureau!!! Everyone has a right to know what to expect when patronizing an establishment.....you pay your money, you expect quality service!
