“Was not greeted nor told thank you. Fixed my sandwich and took my money and that was it. No friendliness at all. I did not feel like my purchase meant anything.

“Traveling thru to Arkansas and stopped in for Lunch because my husband had a coupon for 2 dine $9.99. This Arby’s restrooms were spotless. Walking up to the counter we noticed that the tables that were empty were very clean as well as the floors and most importantly the area around the soda dispensers. The cashier was very polite and patient with me ordering. When the manager step up to help the cashier with the register he was so patient to the cashier and you could tell he was very good with his staff. While we were eating I commented to my husband that the manager was wiping down the soda area and cleaning tables of customers that had just left. You would think he was the owner. I have put this restaurant in my phone to make sure that we come back when traveling thru Paragould Ark.

Parking: This is a small restaurant but when we went there was plenty of parking.“

“I had not been to Hardee's in quite a long time. I'm not sure about anywhere else but in Paragould my experience was very good. The service was good, the servers were friendly, bringing our food out to us, and the coffee was delicious. It was more like coffee house coffee, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be returning there in the future, maybe even as a coffee date with my wife. I'm serious.“

“Love this place with my every being. The people here are wonderful! The food here is so worth the wait especially the ice cream! The price is worth what you get unlike the other DQ stores but what makes this store special is that they are family owned and do better than the grill & chill places. They do things a little differently at this store so if you’re new or need help let them know! The atmosphere is even great and the people are friendly. It’s a nice place for family and friends to dine in! Come on and dine in! They wish you give you a good experience:)“

“I recently visited your Paragould, Arkansas location and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

Food: The burger I ordered was not good, and after eating it I felt unwell. On the positive side, the lemonade was very good. I believe the issue may have been with the particular burger I chose, so I’m open to trying a different one next time.

Service: The service was lacking. I was not greeted upon arrival, and after receiving my food no one checked on me. The restaurant was not busy—only myself and two other customers were dining in—yet I still did not receive any follow-up. Even after I finished eating and stayed several minutes, no staff member came by.

Because of this, I plan to try the Jonesboro location in hopes of a better outcome. I truly believe small improvements in attentiveness and hospitality could make a big difference in the overall experience.“

“Ive never had to correct an order from this location! They get the food right on the first try and it is always delicious! I highly recommend stopping for a morning drink! There is also a playground at this location for kids and special events. My only complaint, and I'm not sure if there is anything to be done about either of these, but there are often flies outside in the stalls where you park and service is relatively slow, even through the drive thru. Otherwise, definitely recommended!“

“They are so good and so fast and good service they get your order they put it in and make it and it felt within 10 minutes and I mean they are very good. The drive-through person that I’ve seen each time she is so so sweet and so kind. So their food is amazing and if you haven’t had checkers go give them a try. They’re amazing. 💯🙂😊“

“We have not been to the area long, and are so glad that we are eligible for delivery. Several times all of the delivery drivers were so nice, they have always been here earlier than expected with hot and ready pizza. Pizza has always been correct and On busy days we love that we can count on pizza hut.“
