“It was great while it lasted. My favorite hamburger joint has now fallen. No one bringing fries until you make a point to ask for them, the person doing the register also is the French Fry person. It was crowded, so some people may not get fries at all before their burger gets to the table, because the fry person is taking orders.. No one was at the register to take our order for almost 5 minutes, she was busy getting ice cream for people. And SO loud in there, need sound deadeners on the walls. But the food is still great and the workers are still friendly.“

“Fast food is getting more expensive everyday but I don't mind paying for good food and great service. I have eaten at this location several times and each and every time service is fast and my burgers are hot. It's in a tricky spot off the highway but nothing too serious.“

“Stopped by for the first time today, and now I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Absolutely legit smash burger. I went with the Original, for the record. Outstanding flat top char and grill on the patties, toasted bun, ton of cheese, bacon, and delicious special sauce. Capped off with crispy fries and a bottled soda...all for $16. Great deal, and if you're so inclined, absolutely big enough to share with a partner! Will definitely be back!“

“I was there yesterday, it was my first time to eat there. It was wonderful! Our waitress was super sweet and my child had a amazing Hot Fudge Sunday she made for him. When we were leaving he said, “Mom we definitely are coming back”.❤️“

“We have consistently supported Big Orange for years, since the opening, as we have with all Yellow Rocket Concepts restaurants. The quality and service at the Midtown location had steadily been decreasing so we had not been in a few months. Today we thought we would give it another shot and submitted a pick up order which was confirmed at 6:04 pm with a pick up time of 6:40 pm. Figuring it might be a bit delayed, we arrived at the restaurant at 6:47 pm and we're told it would be about 4 minutes. After 15, asked for status and were told a couple of minutes. After an additional 9 minutes, asked again. At 7:13 we left with food, after being handed someone else's order and the hostess realizing as we opened the door. 33 minutes after advised pick up time and over an hour from original order. Lukewarm burgers, soggy fries and shakes that had melted to the consistency of OJ. We understand in the restaurant industry things can pop up and delays can occur, but this is not acceptable. And while a "Sorry you had to wait" or "Thank you for your patience and/or business" would have gone a long way to appease the situation, we got nothing other than food handed to us. Please do better with estimating time frames and hiring staff that have a better understanding of service. Order #40548“
