We stopped by this location with 2 bus loads of people in front of us. 2 employees let both bus loads of people eat first and did the calculations last which led to extended wait times for other customers coming to this location. I will not return. The smart thing to do would have been to let one employee make the meal while the other employee should have been processing each order at the register as each person went through (the normal way). The people had enough time to eat and leave and the employees were still doing calculations (even though both bus loads of people ate and left leaving one person behind to handle the bill). I wouldn’t be surprised if the register is off. I decided to leave and take my money elsewhere.

Worst service ever, 3 footlongs 3 pretzel sticks. Over $50.00. Took over 20 mins to make. Vegetables looked old, 4 spinach leaves on a foot long. I'll be going out of my way next time and go to Maumelle Subway .

Oh my. This had to have been the slowest Subway I have ever visited. And I've been to a lot. I ordered through the app and gave them about a 40 minute notice. I was actually delayed by traffic 10 minutes so I fully expected my food to be sitting there when I got there. Nope. it appeared they were just starting when I arrived. Like just grabbing the bread I requested starting. So I watched them as they prepared the 2 sandwiches. It was so painfully slow that if I hadn't already paid I would have gone somewhere else. I didn't know you could put pickles and olives on so slowly. The line was forming and I just wanted to go behind the counter and make my own sandwich. I even needed a bag and told the guy after he finished to just hand me the bag and I'll load it. Just help the other people. I won't be going back to this subway.

My family and I we had been driving back home to MO this past Thursday. We had stopped to get a bite. Unknown to us that there was a warning of a possibility of a tornado due to be in the area. The staff working there at 7pm were so nice and even offered to allow us to stay there should the weather turn. Very friendly and of course they made great sandwiches, thank you for what you two had done.

We have eaten at the Maumelle location 2x within the last 2 months and the same 2 workers gave us excellent service with everything fresh!
Parking: Plenty of parking we used the 10 minute parking
I didn't actually eat, but I wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing "customer service" provided to me. In the middle of a 10-hour drive to attend a wedding with two of my grandkids, something hit my window and shattered it, and this Subway was the closest parking lot for me to pull into. The girl who was working was super kind and helpful giving me trash bags and tape so I could make it to a glass repair shop down the road. I really appreciated her helpfulness!
