I grew up having Mexican food and there isn’t any other place in Maumelle that makes food as close to authentic or as flavorful as this place. They have good deals on drinks and are so friendly

Taquería Amigos (Fine Mexican Cuisine) is a favorite Mexican spot in Maumelle. The food is close to authentic and flavorful, with a unique spin that makes it stand out from other Mexican restaurants in the area. The menu has lots of options, and the food is very good and freshly made. The lengua torta especial features tender lengua with plenty of flavor, top tier refried beans, and a green avocado sauce with a kick. The enchiladas and Chile Relleno are outstanding, and the shrimp taco and barbacoa taco are awesome. The Jamaica is nicely made. The restaurant is very family friendly, with a small kids play area, and the employees are very friendly, mindful, and accepting of kids. A mariachi band plays every Friday, interacting with restaurant goers. The service is great, fast, and attentive, with a very hometown feel. The staff is friendly, and the effort is greatly appreciated. It is highly recommended and the best Mexican spot in the Maumelle area.
