Pupuseria La Xoyita #2 just wasn’t my cup of tea. I’ve given it a fair shot and tried it twice, but both times the meat was really dry and lacked flavor. I’ve been to plenty of taco trucks around, and unfortunately this one just doesn’t hit the mark for me. The overall taste didn’t stand out, and it left me underwhelmed. It might work for others, but personally, it’s not a spot I’d go out of my way for.

We randomly found this gem passing through the other day, and I'm so happy we did! We tried the Tortas -a fajita sandwich with excellent ingredients and the Papusas - like a crepe or snack ems PB+J filled with meat and cheese. No complaints we will be back!
