I've been coming to this Subway location for two years and I've never had to wait in line because people were excited to order sandwiches. The new gentleman working there is awesome and takes pride in making good food. My sandwiches hit different when he makes them. Can't wait until my next visit 🤗

Adam knows what he’s doing. We had the best service from him and he made sure that the sandwich that my daughter ordered was on point!!! The Mayflower location need 10 more just like him!!!!

Don't waste your time going there you definitely don't get what you paid for. And the employees definitely don't know how to make sandwiches. And when you call them on it they don't want to be honest.

I used to eat at this subway 3-4x a week…but over the last few months it’s completely gone down hill.
Our last 3 orders have all been wrong…
We order the same 2 subs, chips and cookies each time.
Each order was an online order and I waited an hour PAST the ready by time the first time, 45 minutes past the ready by time the second and the third was ready but missing a sandwich.

1 order was missing a sandwich, 1 order had wrong sandwiches, wrong ingredients and wrong bread, and the other order they didn’t have any of what we ordered. Out of cookies, out of bread, out of meat.

With only a few restaurants in Mayflower, this is a good opportunity for this location to get a lot of business….but this subway is just not good anymore. Especially for the price.

We ordered 4 sandwhiches and some peperona dippers.. the worst sandwhiches i have ever gotten there. Not toasted very little meat and just horrible sandwhiches. I tried to call the store 3 times and could get no answer. If i lived close i would have taken everything back. Just wanted someone to know

I called too complain about my bread being burnt. She said either come back and get a refund or get my sandwich made. So I came too get it remade. She holds out the bread you know this cheese bread get darker as I toast it?! I said I don't like my bread dark as me!! And crunchy!!! Than I said ma'am I came up the other day my sandwich wasn't like this...so she makes it all pissy than said here's your receipt if you have a problem and just walks off pissed. don't even look me in my eyes just poor customer service!!!

I made on line order at this location at 1:18. I arrived ten minutes later. The order wasn’t ready and there were two people in line. The young lady, who I later realized was the only one in the building, asked if I was here for an online order. I told her I was. She finished the order she was working on. Then started on the other persons in line. Unfortunately this was after two other groups of people had walked in. Each with multiple sandwiches. She has made them in the order the folks were in line. I’ve now been here for almost an hour. After ordering ahead. What is the point in ordering ahead if you have to get in line to have your order made? The poor girl was floundering, but still, why make other peoples orders when I’m still sitting here watching you? This clearly isn’t her fault. She seemed new. The fault here lies on whatever idiot left this undertrained person in a store by herself. Is that not a liability? If I didn’t have people waiting on me expecting these I would’ve walked out 30 minutes ago. This is a tragic breakdown in how to effectively run a business. You’ve lost a customer and hopefully more to follow. I regret having given this place my money and is defeintwly wasn’t worth the promo to come here. I could’ve gone to 4 other subways by now, and they still haven’t even started my order.I’m now in line in hopes she’ll actually acknowledge me and at least refund my money.

Ordered 6 foot long subs and the employee responded by saying why didn’t you order online.. I asked is that required now? A few more snarky comments and the lady employee told me and that’s why I would spit in your food. I watched very closely as she finished the order. Paid $89 for the order in cash and have not returned. I now drive to a further location now. Pending a response from an owner, I’ll disclose the employee name and date.
