Food was ok . Expect American Mexican food and slow service. I didn't get my drink until 30 minutes after ordering. Waitress didn't check on us during that time. People around us who ordered after got their food before us.
We liked the food, my husband’s carne asada was excellent. Service was okay, maybe it was just an off night because they weren’t really that busy... The drinks (frozen margaritas and a sangria) were really good.
It was mediocre tex mex at best. We knew it would be when the queso and tortillas were sold separately but we ate anyway. I got the pop tacos, they were cute and different and decent. My husband got the carne asada and it was bland to say the least. Anywho, it was priced well enough and we didn't die so I guess it's exactly what you would expect from a "mexican restaurant" in far western arkansas.
