My carhop was Jeremiah and he greeted me with a smile on his face and asked me about my day. He was so kind and went above and beyond with the service and making sure I had everything I needed before leaving. “Arby's is relatively new in Monticello. The parking lot is right off the highway and the parking spots are a good walk away from the doors. That's not a problem if you're using the drive-thru, though. Food is Arby's quality, whether that's a good or bad thing is up to you. When they have burgers on the menu I'll eat here quite often. The burgers range from medium rare to well done. I greatly prefer when they're fully cooked but will eat them either way.“
