The food was cold and my toast was barely buttered and in several pieces. The waffle was thinner than a flat pancake and hard as a rock. I was very disappointed in the service we waited about 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. We should have left on that note. The employees were yelling at each other. They were very unorganized. They refused to take the waffle off of the bill. Never will I ever go back and I hope this review will help others to not waste their time or money. Not worth it.

Me and my parents went here and told them we would be using coupons and they said we could and then a few minutes later they tell us it will be 20 minutes and then tell us we cant use the coupons and then they charged us 7.19 for 2 cups of coffee and it tasted horrible i would not recommend eating here avoid it if u

I placed an order and prepaid online. I went to go pick the order up, they said they didn’t have the order. I asked for a refund I was told to request it online, I had to ask 3 different people for help on how to request my refund. Everybody acting incompetent. I had to call the corporate number to process the refund and get a better explanation of the process. Now I have to wait 48 hours for my money to be returned. I will never spend my money at this ghetto establishment ever again. Terrible customer service!!

Stopped in Saturday evening traveling home after visiting family. Food was cold,greasy,overcooked in a word horrible. Coffee cups were chipped and cracked. Had to ask for straws,silverware,sugar,syrup all the things that should have been brought before meals were served. Ever who the manager is should be fired. If the business is open our next trip through I will be totally surprised.
Went in and asked were they open because it was looking a little dim. I googled the time and it said 10 pm, I was told by who I assume was the manager that she was only taking to go orders because her staff didn’t want to come to work, but in the same breath said she didn’t want to over work her staff!! She turned back to what she was doing and totally disregarded me!! I just turned around and left!! Rude!! Just shut it down!! I drove from the next town to dine in, she could have at least expressed some sympathy!!

We have never dined here before this morning. The four ladies in there had amazing teamwork, great attitudes and wonderful service. And the line cook needs a raise. She was well organized and was always thinking ahead.

Just in to order the huddle burger plate asked if it was iceberg lettuce or romaine the server couldn’t explain which it was obviously she doesn’t know the difference. Asked for a straw and never received one, thank God I keep them in my car??♀️ so my husband had to go out to get one. They are playing around a lot. One worker keeps yelling everytime more cars pull up. No Mayo no mustard brought to the table… so we had to ask for it and of course there was a slight attitude. Food was smushed like someone did it with their hands.

We were traveling through and we know Huddle House has a good reputation. But this went above and beyond. The manager is totally dedicated to her restaurant, calling it "my baby" ?. It shows because she and her waitress did a wonderful job!!!
