If I’m ever not responding you can always find me eating at mazzios. Not anymore though. The manager named Greg is incredibly rude and has never not been. Was in there the other day eating with my son and he said “hey how are you” to every single person eating EXCEPT for me. But that’s okay, that’s not too much of a big deal. Well what is a big deal is his attitude, he’s never not had one with me and NUMEROUS other people I’ve asked. As a manager I think he should be taken accountable for how he acts. But I’m assuming that will never happen since he’s the big boy manager of the establishment. To make things even better, two friends(ex coworkers) have come to me after they got fired, and showed how he had taken them off the clock for a week straight, and mention that they were fired a week later. And numerous times he will take you off the clock for a set amount of time if you’ve simply upset him.

The staff is so rude. Asked about an item on the huge menu behind the counter and she looked at us dumb and said what rolling her eyes. Then proceeds to tell us she doesn’t know what that is and they don’t have it.

First we ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, no mushrooms and no olives, they brought out a large pizza with pepperoni with onions and bell peppers, so they took it back and made another pizza that had pepperoni, a little bit of sausage onion, bell pepper and stuffed crust. Then I sat and watched my chocolate chip pizza go to 1 table, they sat it down walked back to kitchen, lady said that wasn't hers they then took back to kitchen walked back out took to another table sat it down and walked away, the lady called a girl over and said that wasn't theirs, they then took it back to kitchen turned around brought to my table. I told them I wanted a another one made because that was sat down on 2 different tables and walked away from. The girl takes it back to kitchen and I see another girl throw her a fit because I asked for another one to be made. The young lady comes and tells me that my pizza was coming out oven and she made it a medium instead of small because of the mix up, well that pizza went to another table and I got a small. These ppl was clueless on where pizzas was to go even though they gave numbers for the tables. If they would of simply asked before sitting it on table if they ordered a chocolate chip pizza etc. and walking away from it, would of helped. So we probably won't be back because of this experience. They need to train these ppl. No manners or when we said thank you no your welcome or nothing. Also when pizza was brought out, no plates I had to get up and get my own plates. Very disappointed!!

Waited almost a hour for our food. There was only my family & another family there. The other family came in after we ordered. The other family had their food, ate & was leaving by the time our food came to the table. Our food was burnt & not even what we ordered. Waste of $60

When I went to ask for something all the employees were on their phones never once saw them wash their hands. And to top it off saw another employee pick food off the buffet and eat it right there did I mention he did it with his bare hands .
