Ordered pepperoni pizza and 20 minutes later my sister ordered him and pineapple. Have not received 1st order. Still waiting after requesting again. Told us buffet was over but he would cook one. Been here approx 45 minutes

To be clear, I would visit this location again but we did have problems and noticed some issues.
The good: The wings and pizza were better than expected. I personally really liked the Memphis wings. The Pricing was reasonable. The girl at the counter was very polite and professional.
The negatives: there wasn't really any service after ordering and no one followed up a single time to ask us how we were doing or how things turned out. They didn't have any ramekins or small bowls to put the ranch. We used extra plates from the buffet. Even though we were told that there were no containers for the ranch, our pizzas came with marinara in small bowls or ramekins... For some reason the ranch is on the buffet to take as much as you want but the marinara is restricted and you're charged if you need more than one 2oz. Container of marinara with a large pizza and cheesy bread. Which is fine but odd that you get unlimited ranch, but you're restricted on the ranch. And honestly I thought the ranch was really good and actually better than the Mariana we received. The place does need to be thoroughly cleaned. The seating area wasn't nasty by any means but there were several areas inside that hadnt been dusted or cleaned up in a while. The drink station needed to be cleaned up a little. There are old glass containers with product in them over the buffet area that desperately need to be dusted/cleaned off. Some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced and the bathroom just needs to be pressure washed or professionally cleaned and repaired. My group did not care for the meatball marinara pasta. The noodles were undercooked, there wasn't enough sauce nor was it mixed with the noodles, the sauce also felt like it was an hour away from being completed (rather watery and under seasoned).

REALLY GOOD PIZZA!!!! A very great pizza place I love the area and atmosphere and it's next to a Mall so it's a good stop. The pizza came pretty fast and so did the cheese sticks witch both are awesome I very much recommend and I'm definitely coming back next time I visit the area

Went here Sunday after Church. The best part about their Buffet is the Salad bar. The pizza was nasty. The crust was so thin it was hard as a Rock. The service was great my mom wanted a Veggie Pizza and the young lady made sure to put one out. She even brought it to our table. The service is great, the food not so much.

When you order boneless wings and get burnt crust instead.i considered poor service, because whoever put these in the box knew they were wrong.

If I’m ever not responding you can always find me eating at mazzios. Not anymore though. The manager named Greg is incredibly rude and has never not been. Was in there the other day eating with my son and he said “hey how are you” to every single person eating EXCEPT for me. But that’s okay, that’s not too much of a big deal. Well what is a big deal is his attitude, he’s never not had one with me and NUMEROUS other people I’ve asked. As a manager I think he should be taken accountable for how he acts. But I’m assuming that will never happen since he’s the big boy manager of the establishment. To make things even better, two friends(ex coworkers) have come to me after they got fired, and showed how he had taken them off the clock for a week straight, and mention that they were fired a week later. And numerous times he will take you off the clock for a set amount of time if you’ve simply upset him.
