Waited an hour for limp, soggy, thrown together fried pickles. It was valentines day so i was assuming everyones spirits might be a bit down and i expected a wait or something. I ordered at 430. A pizza, two desserts, and fried pickles. at about 10 minutes in, a huge family came and ordered alot of food. 20 more minutes and 2 more people ordered, so i expected my food around then. They came out and told me my pizza sauce of choice was out and i needed to change it so i thought maybe the pizza was the last thing? 10 more minutes. Everyone that came in after me has gotten food and left (sat down and ate btw) and they started asking me how long i was waiting for. 20 more minutes (AN HOUR TOTAL) And they finally told me my food was ready. Was hoping to take it back to my girlfriend as a valentines day surprise so i hurry home and check all of the food. Everything was just so “ok” it wasnt even worth pictures. It was all luke warm and just tasted like food i guess. But the pickles (which were seven dollars FOR A SMALL) had no crust, no crunch, were soggy and wet, chewy, and no exaggeration inedible. It felt like i was trying to choke down raw chicken skin. They looked like you took pickle slices and dumped wet bread crumbs on them then baked it (even though they were cold.) Ill be honest some of the worst money ive ever spent on a holiday no less. Maybe stick to dining in. Hopefully they get new management or replaced soon.

I'll admit I was somewhat hesitant about stopping here considering the reviews. But I hadn't eaten at Mazzio's in so very long that I had to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It was clean, the bathrooms were clean as well. The salad bar was well stocked, and this was well after lunchtime and before dinner time. Everything was fresh, the lettuce was crispy. I could tell they clean up after each guest because there was no food in between the storage containers. The cheese sticks were just the way that I remembered them! I didn't care much for the marinara sauce, but it was OK to eat by themselves. I received great service (Krystle G) and have no complaints at all. I'll be back when I'm passing through town again.

I wish I could score this as a negative 50 stars. Pest control for the pizza boxes would be a good start. The manager, Greg, has no business running any type of store as he clearly lacks any type of management training or skills. The turnover rate is astronomical because of his poor leadership skills. If this location wants to actually make money, the franchise owner should seriously think of hiring an actual manager who can LEAD people and MANAGE the business. He lacks both of those skills and myself and everyone I know will never spend another dime at this establishment.

This restaurant is filthy. The windows and windows seals are covered in dirt. Light fixtures are broken with jagged edges over tables. Got here on a monday night at 6. Sat here til 6:50. Another couple was the only others in here. They had been here for an hour when they asked and their ticket was lost. Ours was set for to go so had been at the window for 15 min even tho our order # was on our table. Everything is cold and pizza is soggy & falling apart. Do not recommend under this current management.

Ordered Canadian bacon med and sausage med small cho chip pizza. Ordered handtoss crust. The crust was over cooked and very hard. I got 6 bacon strips for 8 slices which was hard. Sauce didn’t have much flavor. 2 star is being kind

To be clear, I would visit this location again but we did have problems and noticed some issues.
The good: The wings and pizza were better than expected. I personally really liked the Memphis wings. The Pricing was reasonable. The girl at the counter was very polite and professional.
The negatives: there wasn't really any service after ordering and no one followed up a single time to ask us how we were doing or how things turned out. They didn't have any ramekins or small bowls to put the ranch. We used extra plates from the buffet. Even though we were told that there were no containers for the ranch, our pizzas came with marinara in small bowls or ramekins... For some reason the ranch is on the buffet to take as much as you want but the marinara is restricted and you're charged if you need more than one 2oz. Container of marinara with a large pizza and cheesy bread. Which is fine but odd that you get unlimited ranch, but you're restricted on the ranch. And honestly I thought the ranch was really good and actually better than the Mariana we received. The place does need to be thoroughly cleaned. The seating area wasn't nasty by any means but there were several areas inside that hadnt been dusted or cleaned up in a while. The drink station needed to be cleaned up a little. There are old glass containers with product in them over the buffet area that desperately need to be dusted/cleaned off. Some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced and the bathroom just needs to be pressure washed or professionally cleaned and repaired. My group did not care for the meatball marinara pasta. The noodles were undercooked, there wasn't enough sauce nor was it mixed with the noodles, the sauce also felt like it was an hour away from being completed (rather watery and under seasoned).
REALLY GOOD PIZZA!!!! A very great pizza place I love the area and atmosphere and it's next to a Mall so it's a good stop. The pizza came pretty fast and so did the cheese sticks witch both are awesome I very much recommend and I'm definitely coming back next time I visit the area

Went here Sunday after Church. The best part about their Buffet is the Salad bar. The pizza was nasty. The crust was so thin it was hard as a Rock. The service was great my mom wanted a Veggie Pizza and the young lady made sure to put one out. She even brought it to our table. The service is great, the food not so much.
