Last night was my first and it was a multi part issue but it honestly pales in comparison to the way the issue was handled. My order was not only corrected but Kayden (the manager on duty) went above and beyond to correct it. He did way more than I would have even wanted all while never being asked. He was kind and understanding. He never once attempted to excuse the mistake he only ever excelled in fixing it. Kayden is the type of worker you want to deal with and ensured that the Rose Bud Sonic will continue to be the one I go to. Thank you to Kayden and the other staff for this pleasant experience.
