Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi

Plenty of sushi rolls to choose from, and we tried a bunch during our visit. The hibachi was delightful and just the right portion for the price. You get DECENT portions with the sushi rolls as well! Firecracker roll and crab rangoons were rhe best part of our meal. Wait staff was super attentive and the hospitality was at par for what you would expect at this type of restaurant.

Such an incredible dining experience! The steaks were melt in your mouth tender, seasoned perfectly, and cooked exactly how I asked. Every dish was beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, making it a great spot for a nice dinner with friends. The service was excellent and friendly. Definitely one of the best Japanese steak restaurants I’ve ever been to, and I can’t wait to come back!

We have just found our new favorite restaurant in Mountain Home! This place is amazing! The food is fresh and cooked to order, the service was professional and fast, and overall an incredible experience! Highly recommend!

We ordered delivery at 6:00pm. They said it would be here by 6:55pm I figured it was a long wait but ok why not, it’s Friday they are busy. At 7:30 I called and they still needed 5 or 10 more minutes. It didn’t show up until 8:00pm and it was all wrong, not to mention cold and chewy. A huge disappointment. Will never order delivery again.

I was initially hesitant to try this place since the “cook-in-front-of-you” hibachi side was closed and the reviews weren’t great. But I’m so glad I gave it a shot. I ordered the chicken hibachi and a sushi roll, while my friend got the steak hibachi with a roll as well. We were both genuinely impressed—the meats were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were absolutely spot on.

Our server was incredibly attentive; our drinks were never even close to empty. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food we received.

Even without the full hibachi experience, this turned out to be a fantastic meal. Don’t let the older reviews fool you—this place is worth a visit.

We love having dinner here! On our last trip we got our normal. App stuffed mushrooms ( used to be presented differently. It was much prettier, also it used to be 4 mushrooms cut in half. Now it’s 3. Sadly the same price) I have teriyaki chicken with soup and salad. It was awesome. He has 3-4 sushi rolls. They were great also. Definitely give them a try

We came here on a Sunday afternoon and had dinner with friends. The food came out quickly and it was really good. My daughter and I both got sushi... highly recommend it! It was sooo delish. One of my daughters favorite Japanese restaurants in Arkansas and the food doesn't flare up allergies like other ones
