Went to Wendy’s in MH on 1/26/23 @ 530pm. Took for ever to be able to even order my dinner.
, and when I finally did, I was excited to use the Wendy’s rewards app, like I always have. But the time before I went to wendys, and then again last night. The answer I got as soon as I shown my barcode was that we don’t do that, and even if we did the computer system does not work.

another fail from wendys tonight
Wendy’s in Mountain Home is over staffed and well under managed. Waited inside for over ten minutes while there was no one ahead of me ordering. There were 8 employees at this location at the time. One was working the front, one was working the window, and the other six were standing around yick-yacking about their weekend, or their latest TikTok, I guess.
