As a local who visits Anglers Restaurant, I was disappointed this past Sunday. Our waitress was awesome, but overworked for her section. The pig salad has diminished in size but not price. The shrimp were fried too dry. Certainly not up to their previous standards !!

It was really great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it seemed like it took forever to get the food and it seemed a little on the expensive side to me.

This was a great lunch stop. The food is very good, and our server was awesome. There's a cool little store as we walk in, and the restaurant is behind that. Was in the area on a motorcycle trip, and this was a great stop!

I ordered the chicken alfredo and it was supposed to be blackened, it wasn’t and it was super bland. The bow tie noodles were overcooked and rubbery. My wife had the chicken fried chicken and it was good. If you go on a Saturday night expect to spend an hour and a half from check-in to being finished. Took about 45 minutes from ordering food to receiving it.

Great place on the White River, for fresh fish, prime rib & steaks! They have a neat gift shop & a tackle shop as well as the lodging, all on the water! I got the 16 oz prime rib, with a loaded baked potatoes, a salad & a homemade roll! I sat out on the deck. Its overlooking the river. Such a great view to eat a great to!

I strongly recommend Anglers White River Resort. I have fished in multiple locations on the White River with a variety of accommodations . The staff is outstanding and the boats were properly rigged and well maintained. My family of 10 had dinner in the restaurant as well, it was outstanding. Great location, Mountain View is a great little town with things to see and numerous retail stores. Thank you to the staff

Honestly, not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating.. but consider it your hidden gem!! Our server Megan was amazing. Food was fast and delicious. On top of that we had the most beautiful view. It was a major plus they had draft beers from Lost Forty Brewing. We can’t wait to come back!!💕🐟🍔

The last few times we've gotten take out- our orders have been incorrect. The last time we actually dined in- the food was not good. It's a haul of a drive to get down there to begin with. Definitely not the same Anglers it used to be, not sure what happened.
