We stayed in the cabins for our TX spring break. While roaming around, we stumbled on this new kitchen located in the Folk Center studios, and oh man, what a great find! Ethan, the owner, was such a nice guy, chatting it up and making it feel as if you were a family friend. We went in looking for a late morning breakfast sandwich, and he made a special request egg sandwich, which was spot on the money!
