100% love it here and will eat here again!! Totally worth the 45 minute drive. The pricing is very reasonable and the wait staff is so friendly. and the FOOD! We came for the tamales (which I could take or leave, but it's not a deal breaker.) but stayed for the fresh hush puppies, the jambalaya, the gumbo, the red beans and rice & the steak! Everything was cooked perfectly and I'm very much looking forward to eating here again.
Great local smoked bbq so if you are traveling through you must stop. Smoked beef, pork and ribs were perfectly seasoned. Must try pickled tomatoes and chow chow. Staff are wonderfully friendly and service is quick.
The customer service is the best as well as thier food.
