I have been a loyal customer for many years. The last 4 times in the last couple months at Lakewood my order has not been right. The staff was always friendly and tried to make it right but I just don’t have time to wait another 25 minutes. Just don’t know what to do about that. I just won’t return. But the food here is amazing if they can get it right
We had a family reunion luncheon there on Sunday, October 16! Our waitress was amazing, kept all our orders straight, and was patient and kind to all of us. There were a lot of us and she was more than happy to do anything to accommodate us. The pizza and salads we ordered were so good. Some of the best pizza I’ve had.
I recommend that you check every pizza box. it's my girls birthday and I asked for a box for the left over pizza and when I opened it there was a roach inside. when brought to the General manager attention she said if it was her and her children a new box from the same location of the other boxes would have been ok. I recommend you use good judgment because there's some employees that does not. though the GM was irritated she refunded me my money. the general manager attitude...read full review
