Great service great desert ice cream and great timing
I ordered 2 small jackhammers one was incorrect it was supposed to have Oreos and they replaced it within seconds, i was impressed. Im not sure if they turned off the machines or what but when I say these were not frozen at all, before I could even drive out of the drive through they were melted. Also my “fixed” Oreo order had about 1 Oreo just crush on top. Normally this place is very in order and in tip top shape. I will say I came about 15 minutes before close on a Sunday, the place was dead. They had about 3 employees
Great stop for a delicious treat. Open late night on the weekend.
Limited parking, no indoor seats. Outdoor benches are not covered. Drive thru and walk up service. Variety of items and frozen treats offered at reasonable prices.
Our Favorite frozen custard/ice cream place. I Love the chocolate custard the most. So glad to have Andy's in Arkansas!
My wife and I went to treat ourselves.. Ordered two concretes,, one butterfinger and one cookie dough,, both with an extra scoop .. butterfinger was made correctly,, the other obviously wasn’t.. hardly any cookie dough in it. Extremely unsatisfactory! The cost was $19
And some change. So glad I can pay for stuff my wife and I never get.
The customer service at this location is horrible. They open the window with attitude every single time ESPECIALLY the night shift crew. One worker closed/slammed the drive thru window super loud in my face multiple times (she had very short hair and glasses). Whoever the manager is needs to get it together ASAP. Disgusting behavior. I believe the girls name was Cortney.
Really good ice-cream! The best in town! I really recommend it for the hall family
It’s overall a good spot for sweet treats but it’s the 3rd time I have been to the North Little Rock location and the custard is super soft. Not even 3 minutes after getting my order and it was quite literally soup. The taste is good but lacking consistency, not worth the price if it’s just going to melt in less than 5 minutes

They need to redo their board because you can't read what you're ordering. Plus we've been going here for awhile & every since then our cups have been filled to the rim untill today. When we got our orders , they was half way to the top.
Delicious custard. The vanilla is perfectly sweet and the chocolate is not too sweet, pure perfection. I LOVED it. ♡
