Our food sat on the counter and no one called our number. I finally went and asked if it was ours. The staff was all standing around talking. Maybe encourage Jannie to call out when orders are ready.

The food was quickly prepared and tasted good. The meat and cheese were a bit haphazardly put on the bun, but it didn't affect the taste. They weren't busy, so they could have made a better effort on presentation.
