The service staff was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was good and hot and plentiful. The atmosphere was nothing special. There were a couple of kids playing a video game and the volume was turned up so high that it overrode the Musick coming over the restaurant speakers. That game volume was the only negative side to the visit. The kids were just fine...just had the volume up way too loud. If we are in the area again we will come back.

Nice $5.99 specials on Wednesday for Seniors. Fish and shrimp were hot and good. Coleslaw was great. Love the hush puppies. Service was good. They really need to tear the building down and put a new one in. This one just cannot get the greasy feeling gone.

Food was not fresh. I had a bowl of soup. It was heated in the styrofoam container with the plastic lot to the point that the bowl warped and broke and the soup was so hot I could not eat it. When I asked for a new serving (maybe 4 oz) the front counter gave me a new styrofoam cup to dump it in. I asked for a new cup that did not have melted styrofoam in at and was given a second serving that was cold out of the refrigerator.The dining area was wiped down but truly needed a deep cleaning.

I frequent the North Little Rock, Arkansas location once a week or more. The service is good and food are always fresh. The pricing is on point and the place is always clean. On Saturday 9/9/23, my wife and I visited this location and was greeted by a young man who goes by Mr. Parker. Mr. Parker impressed us with his positive and joyfully attitude towards his job. He was sure to provide us woth the specials, explaining on detail what was included. I always have questions but Mr. Parker did so well I did not have any questions. This young man even checked on us as we were eating. We were very impressed with Mr. Parker. He should be in charge of training new associates. We will be back, as long as Mr. Parker is at the helm.

The food was great! I am always pleased with the quality and quantity for the money. The real star of the show however, was the customer service! So many fast food places are lacking on the customer experience side in this area but capitan d's in North Little Rock is on point. The lady at the counter was so attentive to all the patrons both in the drive through and in the lobby. Keep up the good work!

My go to spot if I don't feel like frying my own shrimp especially on a Sunday after church. Crispy shrimp ? that is always hot and made to order. I get it with a baked potato and corn on the cob.
