Absolutely amazing...so clean and just the best customer service!!!! The young lady that took care of my order was amazing! It I stopped by a bit after 3pm today and I will care my special visit with me all day she was exceptional! Many blessings to thos location! #hugs n #peace great customer service go a long ways! I needed that kindness today!

Found mold in my bread AFTER I basically ate the whole thing.

Words truly cannot express how amazing my experience was here. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease—something that doesn’t always happen when you have a gluten allergy. The general manager was not only incredibly knowledgeable about gluten allergies, but also genuinely caring and attentive.

There was a wonderful cooler stocked with prepackaged chicken salad in so many different flavors, and she immediately offered guidance on every single gluten‑free option available. What really touched me was how she went above and beyond—double‑checking what I had chosen, thoughtfully offering flavor recommendations based on my personal preference, and patiently answering every one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

I left feeling seen, understood, and truly cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit to Chicken Salad Chick, and I will absolutely be returning many times in the future.

I ordered at the outdoor menu drive thru window. No one was behind or in front of me. It’s 11:30am this Saturday . After I paid for my order, this girl working the window told me to pull around to the back door of the restaurant to receive it. 👀Okay…, I did and this was so freaking bizarre 👀..no napkins, etc. I felt leery about eating it, but I did and now I can’t get this chemical taste out of my mouth! I ordered the Barbie-Q melt.

I hate this establishment. $12 for water, a literal SCOOP of chicken salad, and a tiny thing of Mac and Cheese. I was so disappointed with the food that I went to Burger King immediately after. You can buy the same ingredients at the Walmart across the street for much less price. The service is meh, it's literally setup like a fast food establishment which really sucks for what this place advertises it is.

This was my first time finally trying chicken salad chick after hearing so much about it. I went through the drive thru (which I love that they have, bc I don’t always want to go inside and order), and the lady on the speaker was super friendly, didn’t rush me at all. I ordered the Olivia’s old south chicken salad on a croissant with a side of pasta salad. My order was ready in less than a minute! I was ecstatic bc I was starving lol and the food was so good! They even gave me a pickle and a cookie with my order. The sandwich was huge and the pasta was delightful. Not bad for only $11 and some change. Will def be back!

Wanted something relatively healthy for lunch. I work so I only have an hour (including driving) to eat. $14 for a sandwich and cup of soup, no drink. That's an hour's wage. Restaurant was half empty but still 15 minutes for the food to get to my table. Soup scooped from a pot and a cold sandwich. Okay...at least they gave me a little cookie and pickle. Maybe just make your own sandwich. The staff was quite friendly though.

Our daughter celebrated her third birthday at this location and the staff went above and beyond to make her day special! We reserved the party room and ordered catering and when we arrived all was prepared and delivered with a smile! Staff checked in with us multiple times to offer assistance. And all food was fresh and delicious. Could not recommend this space more for gatherings or parties! And the food and staff are always top quality, even if just stopping in for a quick bite. 10/10 experience for sure.

So excited to have this in maumelle (well, technically NLR)! Maumellians can be extremely harsh when reviewing for no reason, really, complaining about the opening time. ?why are you trying to eat chicken salad that early anyways. They are a new location, which means you should give them grace as they get used to things, not leave 1 star reviews for a very petty reason. Go to Walmart and come back, they would be open by then!
