We've been coming to this location since it opened and the service is always amazing. Very clean inside, the staff is top notch, on that Chick-fil-A level of impressiveness. The food is always fresh and delicious. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I really did not go to a Jersey Mike's until one popped up in my area, the NLR/Maumelle area. I want to say that I love their customer service. The manager makes sure to say my name when I enter into the store which makes me feel welcome and I feel like family to them. ( I go in there a lot and talk to them while they make my sandwich! lol) Regardless they do not have to address me in that way but they do. They are speedy and accurate. Incredible and amazing and we are so glad to have Jersey Mike's here in our area. The service was outstanding and they were patient with the new couple on their first trip. My wife who was a fan of other shops says she will not go anywhere else. She was sold on the service and sandwich. Thank you all for the great food and service we shall be back again.
