We've been coming to this location since it opened and the service is always amazing. Very clean inside, the staff is top notch, on that Chick-fil-A level of impressiveness. The food is always fresh and delicious. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I really did not go to a Jersey Mike's until one popped up in my area, the NLR/Maumelle area. I want to say that I love their customer service. The manager makes sure to say my name when I enter into the store which makes me feel welcome and I feel like family to them. ( I go in there a lot and talk to them while they make my sandwich! lol) Regardless they do not have to address me in that way but they do. They are speedy and accurate. That says a lot and I appreciate their hard work!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! From what I could tell, most of the employees were sick. Coughing around the food. I’m guessing they can’t call out or they’ll be fired. Do better Jersey Mike’s! Customer and employee health is more important than selling sandwiches! The health department has been contacted.

Incredible and amazing and we are so glad to have Jersey Mike's here in our area. The service was outstanding and they were patient with the new couple on their first trip. My wife who was a fan of other shops says she will not go anywhere else. She was sold on the service and sandwich. Thank you all for the great food and service we shall be back again.
As I've come to expect from Jersey Mikes, the staff are freindly and accomodating and the food was excellent. I brought a friend who thought he didn't like Jersey Mikes because he had it catered before, and I let him know that's not the full experience. He needs to have it Mike's way and add the cherry pepper relish. That's the set apart on the flavor. That plus the rosemary parmesean bread. And I tell you, dear reader, the same thing. This is the correct way to do Jersey Mike's. I recommend the #13. And a cream soda. You won't be dissappointed.My friends opinion was changed and he's now a believer in the JM. I hope you are too.

Never had this before, day two being open and the team delivered delicious food. I could tell the staff was happy to be there and enjoyed their job. The staff Was superb and helpful with picking out a sandwich. I chose the Philly and I put jalapeños on it. It was freaking delicious. Great job to the team here in Maumelle and I’m looking forward to eating there again.

First visit to this location was great! The staff was busy, but friendly and courteous. They paid attention to all our order notes and our subs were very substantial (the Cantrell store never remembers to add extra meat when you pay for it, their sandwiches are basically just bread and lettuce). I’ve been really looking forward to this location opening and I’m very happy to say that my family’s experience was excellent.
