This was my first time finally trying chicken salad chick after hearing so much about it. I went through the drive thru (which I love that they have, bc I don’t always want to go inside and order), and the lady on the speaker was super friendly, didn’t rush me at all. Wanted something relatively healthy for lunch. I work so I only have an hour (including driving) to eat. $14 for a sandwich and cup of soup, no drink. That's an hour's wage. Restaurant was half empty but still 15 minutes for the food to get to my table. Soup scooped from a pot and a cold sandwich. Okay...at least they gave me a little cookie and pickle. Maybe just make your own sandwich. The staff was quite friendly though.
