I did an online order and the stupid employee here didn't even have it ready and the lobby was closed. I went thru the drive thru and she said to go into the lobby I told her it was closed and she told me to wait outside. I've been waiting for 20 mins now. The worst attitude and most Ghetto person working here.

I had the rotisserie chicken it was not cooked done..that peach cobbler is a biscuit with chopped peaches poured over it I will never get that again

Only car at the drive through and had to pull around and wait for tenders. Got home and realized that my 5 piece meal only had 3 pieces in it.

I went to the one on McCain... Not what I expected. I'd rather go to the one in southwest. They may take their time but At least ya food be right
I've tried to pick up three times and each time the McCain location always closes early, and has erratic hours so I have to drive across town to get my chicken fix.

Listen i love churches but this one got my order wrong about 72 times. The cashier asked me if I wanted lemonade like 20 times at the window because they forgot which drink I wanted over and over. It was a sprite but I almost took the lemonade. Its kind of funny now but that day it wasn't. They got our order wrong so it took longer, we ain't get no straws and my cup broke as soon as we pulled out the drive thru. My husband got the chicken fried steak and we weren't given any silverware so I just shared my shrimp and tenders with him and we brought his food home for later. Your biscuits were on point though. I'm not a Karen that comes on here to complain, I get working fast food people treat yall bad and at times it gets busy or overwhelming. But that being said you could've at least given us utensils to eat ? Good luck on future sales and services.

Haven't been to a Church's in a while. Went today and was pleasantly surprised. Restaurant was very clean. Employees were pleasant and attentive. Food was very good.

The mashed potatoes had more gravy than potatoes. Everything else was fine.
