ordered through doordash two different days. Both times doordasher went to pick up our order and we never got it. NOT doordasher fault. 1st time after an hour firehouse canceled our order, no explanation. 2nd time, after one doordasher waited 30 minutes for order they left. Another doordasher went and Firehouse didn't have our order. Never heard from firehouse only from doordasher. Never again. it wasn't a hard order one sub with no substitutions, side salad, dressing and 3 brownies.
This is the slowest, worst managed, poorest excuse for a restaurant/fast food place I’ve ever been in. Employees standing around looking at each other, orders are incorrect, no one seems to be in charge or have a clue what’s going on, orders get lost constantly, orders take forever to get, etc. I would say something good but I really don’t have anything. I guess online ordering is more important than face to face customers. You should just close your dining room.
