I couldn't get their app to work to save money. Their website says you have to order through their app. I ended up calling them to see if I could order if I came into the store. They replied yes. It takes a minute to get your food. They put alot of meat in their sandwiches.

I love Firehouse subs but the artists were not listening to the order so the sandwiches were all wrong. the atmosphere was great. It was clean and neat but the sandwich artist needs to listen better to customers request
