It's not hard to agree on where to get great sushi in NLR. Fujiyama is always the place. Nestled on the corner of JFK and G Street, this hidden gem is the place to be. The owners are always super nice, and we have always had great food.

Fujiyama was an awesome place to dine. At first, I was skeptical about the quality due to the restaurants appearance. Though clean, the interior paint was not very high quality, and the outside of the building did not look very promising; HOWEVER, we were greeted by an amazing staff, very large portions, and very high quality sushi and hibachi. This is one of the best hibachi/sushi restaurants I have ever been to. Fujiyama’s food rivals that of “showroom” hibachi restaurants.

Absolutely THE BEST hibachi in LR & NLR. Like seriously, no capping as the young folks say. Not just bc they’re my neighbors but bc they really have perfected their craft, service & products. From the razorback roll to every hibachi meal on the list, to the seeweed salad down to the scrumptious yum yum ? sauce. Str8 up, everything their is deliciously tasty & they’re customer service is amazing. Clean, simple & awesome dishes.I’m a sushi, hibachi eating consultant & I use to drive to Conway every week to wild ginger & Fujiyama the only other place in the state of Arkansas I’d eat Japanese food from!
