Excellent, everything the service, flavor of the food, and cleanliness of the restaurant. The owner was our cashier, and our server was attentive and friendly. Traveler from STL for family and searched good for a down home southern meal. The yams and smoked chicken make you wanna slap ya mama, juicy and moist 1/2 chicken with two sides for $16. I just had the chicken and dressing with greens and cabbage. It was the best lunch in a long time. My wife had Lindsey's cater my 40th birthday back in the day ( 27 years ago). We will be back soon to try other dishes.
