Sandwich was good, but the chicken tortilla soup was out of this world delicious!!
Aspen the manager was really sweet and helped my husband and I a lot, very good customer service
If you're in the North Little Rock area and looking for a place that serves up fresh food with even better service, look no further than McAlister’s Deli. This location truly stands out—not just for the quality of their menu, but for the exceptional experience they provide every time you walk in the door.
One thing I especially appreciate is their military discount—a small gesture that goes a long way in showing appreciation for service members. It’s always nice when a business recognizes those who serve, and McAlister’s does it with genuine respect.
Service here is lightning fast, whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go. But what really makes this spot shine is the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient, but a special shout-out goes to Kennedy—she’s an absolute gem. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she always makes you feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find someone who brings so much energy and warmth to their job, and Kennedy consistently goes above and beyond.
Parking is easy and accessible, which is always a bonus, and the atmosphere inside is clean, inviting, and comfortable—perfect for a quick lunch or a casual meetup.
Highly recommend stopping by. Whether you're a regular or it’s your first visit, the team here—especially Kennedy—will make sure you leave with a smile.
Great place for a quick meal.
We were greeted with enthusiasm. You could tell the employees were there to provide a public service. The food was exceptionally delicious, too. I was even allowed to take home a couple of handfuls of peppermints!! Hahaha . We'll definitely be back again soon!!
Horrible place. I can’t believe they call themselves a business. We are stuck at home with Covid so we had to order online. We used to love this place, not anymore. When the food got to us we realized it’s not what we ordered. We spoke with some lady up there. She wasn’t very helpful at all. All we wanted was another sandwich that we ordered brought back to us. Then we ask TAMMY. Who portrays herself to being the District Manager for a refund of the sandwich and she states she can’t refund us because we already ate the sandwich, well Tammy, we hadn’t eaten the sandwich because it looked disgusting. So we paid $53 for this crap food and were treated like crap. Pretty sure the owner doesn’t care. You just lost a customer.
JJ is a ROCKSTAR. I highly recommend coming to McAllister‘s in North Little Rock. JJ went above and beyond, to help me this evening. She is an angel. I will never forget her positive attitude. She even ran to the door to catch me, for a hug and to share thoughtful conversation. She is a leader, and that shows. I hope she gets a raise. Employees like her are priceless.

McAlister's Deli offers superior food quality, customer service, and ambiance. The King Club is a must-have.
So it was my first time at this location. I was greeted by Kennedy who was just the sweetest person. She was all over the place making sure everyone was ok. While the kitchen was hard at work cooking and making food. Definitely a great first impression. The customer service was great. She even made sure that the new sugar plum tea would be something I liked. Which I highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.
Good food and good service

The kids toastie is toast with cheese, not a grilled cheese as expected, and the kids were never given their cookies. I was waiting at the counter for the juices and receipt that I was told were coming, when the worked instead took them over to a table with my number. The Mac and cheese was noodles with some grated cheese on top, which did not look at all appetizing and was not touched.

This is consistently the worst McAlister’s we have ever been to, by far. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Service is exceedingly slow, both for dine-in but especially for to-go orders. To-go orders are often incorrect. Worst of all, when you get your food and if it is what you ordered, the portions are strangely smaller than any McAlister’s I have ever been to, such as the amount of meat on the sandwiches.
Any of these issues alone would be an annoyance but combined they make this location a waste of your time and hard-earned money. We gave this location multiple chances as it is the closest to us, and never had a visit without some form of issue.
The team here is in serious need of improvement.
